In the late 1940s Hazel Kelly McMillan carved out her own niche, eventually becoming one of the most respected talent agents in Hollywood. It was the Golden Age of Television and Hazel had a special knack for discovering young talent. She was relentless in pounding the pavement in search of young, raw talent and molding them into stars. As a result of her 40 years of hard work and dynamic spirit, Hazel ultimately became responsible for many of the images that played out night after night in front of the American television audience and eventually the world.

Hazel Kelly McMillan was truly an American classic. She was also my grandmother. HKM are more than my grandmother’s initials or my company’s name. They are an inspiration, a motivator, a spark of enthusiasm and persistence. For me, HKM represents the highest level of work ethic, creativity and innovation.
